EDFD452 Replacing the Template Images

It's reasionably simple to replace the default template image with your own image or one from another template.

1) Locate an image you want to use.

2) Make sure that it is the same size as the template image.

3) Replace the existing template image with your new one.

In the template 3511 the template logo.gif file is located in the style folder

 

1) For this example I am using the trees from template number 3497 and replacing the abstract image used in template 3511

1.1) Download template number 3497 and save the file 3497.zip into a folder on your computer

1.2) Save the template file

1.3) Locate the file 3497.zip and double click on it to open the zip file

1.4) Copy the folder photo_art_3

 

Copy the folder

1.5) past the photo_art_3 folder into your computer (in this case C:\3497)

Paste the folder

1.6) Open the folder photo_art_3

Open the folder photo_art_3

1.7) Open the style folder

Open the style folder

Copy the file logo.gif

Copy the file logo.jpg

Paste the logo

 

Replace existing logo.jpg

 

Note you may have to close KompoZer and reopen it to see the change in the Logo image

You should see the new banner image
